This Privacy Policy explains how PixelzLab (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the mobile application Tattoo Maker - Tattoo Camera (“App”).

By installing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Tattoo Maker - Tattoo Camera is a creative and entertainment app that allows users to:

• Create and draw tattoo designs digitally
• Preview tattoos using the camera in real time
• Apply tattoo designs on photos for visual preview
• Explore tattoo ideas and visual inspirations

The App is for visual creativity only. It does not provide real tattooing, medical services, or body modification.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, such as:

• Feedback or support requests sent via email or in-app forms
• Optional information you choose to share when contacting us

This information is used only to respond to your requests and improve the App.

2.2. Images, Photos, and Camera Content

The App uses your device’s camera and photo library to enable core features:

• Preview tattoos on your body using the live camera (AR / face filter features)
• Apply tattoo designs on your saved photos
• Create and edit tattoo designs on images

Unless explicitly stated otherwise inside the App:

• Images and camera frames are processed locally on your device to generate previews.
• We do not upload your personal photos or camera content to our own servers.
• You remain in full control of saving, sharing, or deleting your creations.

2.3. Automatically Collected Information

To improve the App and maintain its functionality, we may automatically collect certain information, such as:

• Device information (model, operating system version, language)
• App usage data (features used, screens visited, session length)
• Technical logs (crash reports, performance data)
• Approximate location (e.g., country/region) where this is inferred by third-party SDKs

This information is typically collected in an aggregated or anonymous form and does not directly identify you personally.

3. Permissions Used by the App

Depending on your device and usage, the App may request the following permissions as declared in the manifest:

3.1. Camera

Permission: android.permission.CAMERA
Purpose:

• To show real-time tattoo previews on your body using the live camera.
• To enable AR / face filter features that help you visualize tattoo placement.

3.2. Photos / Media / Files (Storage & Media)

Permissions:
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (maxSdkVersion 32)
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (maxSdkVersion 28)
android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES
Purpose:

• To load photos from your gallery and apply tattoo designs on them.
• To save edited images or tattoo designs back to your device.
• To allow you to import images for editing and export final designs.

3.3. Notifications

Permission: android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+)
Purpose:

• To send optional notifications such as tips, feature updates, reminders, or promotional messages.

Notifications are optional. You can manage or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

3.4. Network and Internet

Permissions:
android.permission.INTERNET
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Purpose:

• To load tattoo inspirations, videos, or online content.
• To serve ads through third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob).
• To send anonymous analytics and crash reports.
• To check connectivity and handle online/offline behavior.

The App does not request access to location, contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone, or other sensitive permissions beyond those listed above, unless clearly required for a feature and shown to you with consent inside the App.

4. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To operate and provide the core functionality of the App
• To enable camera, photo editing, and AR preview features
• To improve user experience, performance, and stability
• To analyze usage trends and understand how users interact with the App
• To fix bugs, crashes, and technical issues
• To display non-personalized or, where permitted, personalized advertisements
• To respond to your feedback, questions, or support requests

5. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for:

• Advertising (e.g., Google AdMob)
• Analytics and crash reporting
• Google Play services and face detection (e.g., com.google.android.gms / Vision face dependency)

These third-party services may collect:

• Device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID, where available and allowed)
• Approximate location (country/region)
• Usage data and interaction with ads and app features

While the manifest entry for com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID is removed in the App configuration, advertising or analytics providers may still use other identifiers as permitted by the platform and your device settings.

Data collected by third-party services is processed in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each provider you interact with through the App.

6. Widgets, File Sharing, and Crash Handling

The App may include:

• A home screen widget (e.g., Download Widget) to provide quick access to features.
• A FileProvider to securely share files (such as exported images) with other apps on your device.
• A custom error activity to display user-friendly crash screens and improve stability.

These components operate locally on your device and do not by themselves send your personal content to our own servers.

7. Data Storage and Retention

In general:

• Your photos, camera content, and edited images remain on your device unless you choose to share or back them up to another service.
• Analytics and log data are stored by our third-party providers for a limited period necessary to analyze performance and usage.
• We retain email and support messages only for as long as needed to provide support and keep records of our communication.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

We may share information in the following limited cases:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party services that help us deliver ads, analytics, or crash reporting. They are obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services we request.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid legal requests (e.g., court order, government request).
• Protection of Rights: To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of our users and the public.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not specifically directed at children under 13 (or under the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Your Choices and Controls

You have the following options:

• You can deny or revoke permissions (camera, storage, photos, notifications, etc.) via your device settings. Note that some features may not work without these permissions.
• You can uninstall the App at any time to stop all data collection by the App.
• You may control ad personalization through your device’s advertising settings (e.g., “Opt out of Ads Personalization”).
• You can disable notifications from the App in your device’s notification settings.

11. International Data Transfers

Our third-party service providers may process data on servers located outside of Vietnam or your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
